Pawssum Pet Home Wellness Plan Terms & Conditions
Pawssum Pet Home Plan aims to:
- Educate pet owners in relation to animal health and wellness of their pets to enable them to live longer, happier and healthier
- Promote veterinary services for the health and wellness to pets
- To provide cost effective veterinary products (more specifically parasite protection) for pet owners.
Pawssum Pet Home Plan veterinary services are administered by certified, registered local vets. Services only include veterinary services operated by Pawssum unless specified.
Each membership is only applicable to one pet at a time. Multi-pet owners can hold multiple memberships (one per each pet). Additional pets are eligible to 15% off their memberships.
Membership fees are set by Pawssum and are payable by credit card with the choice of a total annual payment or payment in instalments.
Each membership will be for a period of 12 months. A reminder will be sent at least one month prior to the expiry of the 12 month membership.
Cancellation Policy:
- Plans can be cancelled with 14 days notice by email to petplan@pawssum.com. The final payment amount will be calculated as a total of any services or products consumed to that point.
Plans will be charged on the nominated credit card or made payable on the plan based on the value of consumption of goods and services to date.
Pawssum Pet Home Plans entitles members to receive:
- 6 x Telepet vet video call consultations
- For dogs (common plan**):
>Monthly: Easy to give Simparica chew for fleas, ticks and mites.
> Monthly: ValuHeart heartworming prevention.
> Quarterly: Cazitel for intestinal, tapeworm and giardia. - For cats (common plan**):
> Monthly: Advocate or Revolution for fleas, ear mites, intestinal and heartworm.
> Quarterly: Popantel for tapeworm. - 10% off in-home consultations
- 10% off products at PetScripts.com.au***
- 5% off products at VetShopAustralia.com.au ***
Consultations and examinations included in the Pawssum Pet Home Plan are only valid Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. After hours, weekends or public holiday appointments will require a surcharge.
The Pawssum Pet Home Plan has been designed for the health and wellness of your pet, and does not apply to emergency situations. Excludes medication and sedation if required.

PetScripts and VetShopAustralia’s involvement in the Pawssum Pet Home Plan is pursuant to a contractual relationship with and as service provider to Pawssum and neither PetScripts nor VetShopAustralia are responsible to any plan member for performance of any part of the Pawssum Pet Home Plan and neither have any contractual or business relationship with any person purchasing the plan. Neither PetScripts or VetShopAustralia make any warranty or representation about or accept any responsibility for the Pawssum Pet Home Plan or any of the products or services provided pursuant to it except to the extent that such products or services are supplied directly by PetScripts or VetShopAustralia (as the case may be) and then only to the extent that such warranties are contained in the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded.
** You will receive two deliveries per year of the products in your Common Plan. The first delivery will be shipped in the first week of the month after you start your membership, and the second delivery will be shipped 6 months later. Each delivery will include 6 months supply of the flea,tick, worm and heartworm products specified above, based on the information regarding pet species and weight. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information and to dose your pet with those products in accordance with the manufacturers directions. We reserve the right to substitute similar products if the products named are not available or for any other reason we may consider reasonably necessary.

You will receive an exclusive discount code from Pawssum and in order to obtain the discount you must quote your code at checkout . PetScripts and VetShopAustralia may require you to provide evidence that you hold a valid Pawssum Pet Home Plan membership and you authorise Pawssum Pty Ltd to provide any information regarding your membership to PetScripts and VetShopAustralia. PetScripts and VetShopAustralia may decline to honour any code if notified by Pawssum that your plan has come to an end for any reason, if you share or attempt to share your code or for any other reason PetScripts or VetShopAustralia consider reasonably appropriate.Neither PetScripts nor VetShopAustralia accept any responsibility if the discount code does not work due to any computer or internet issue, malfunction or problem or for any other reason.
